What the process includes:

• Notary and legal services
• Matching with your future Surrogate Mother (1-2 candidates)
• Signing of the legal contract with your SM (also in case of change of the Surrogate Mother)
• Donor selection as to physical characteristics that you prefer
• Stay in a hotel in Kyiv for 2/4 days in case you Will come to us to sign the documents and donate your sperm sample or
• Consulting and supervision of the process of sending of your sperm sample from your country to us
• Taxis for you in Kyiv during your first and second trip
• Possibility of contacting us at any time during the day to talk about details of the process in case it is impossible for you to do that during our official working hours

Medical services that the process includes:

• IVF ICSI (unlimited attempts)
• NGS 24 (for up to 3 embryos in every IVF)
• Storage of your material up till birth of your baby and a year after (but we only store embryos, not sperm)
• Freezing/defreezing of the material (embryos and sperm)
• Sex selection
• Hysteroscopy for the surrogate in case she needs it
• Change of the surrogate in case of two failed embryo transfers
• Pessary or cervical suture for your Surrogate in case she needs it
• Amniocentesis

Expenses included in the process as to the surrogacy contract:

• Total compensation of the Surrogate Mother
• Monthly payments
• Payment for uterine stimulation (preparing the uterus for the ET)
• Nanny for the Surrogate’s kids
• Maternity clothes
• Commute to Kyiv
• Apartment in Kyiv as to the surrogacy contract

Risks covered by the process as to the surrogacy contract:

• Abortions
• Uterine loss
• Fallopian tube loss
• COVID 19 and other respiratory infections
• C-section

After the birth:

• During the war time in Ukraine we offer you the possibility to have birth in Kyiv in case the situation here is adequate for that or in Lviv city in case the situation in Kyiv will be complicated at that time
• Notary and legal services after birth
• Extensive newborn screening (heel test) that includes up to 60 metabolic diseases
• Premature birth (medication up till discharge from the hospital)
• Stay in Kyiv or Lviv in a two room apartment for 2 weeks
• Rent of the stroller, baby bath, baby bad (only in Kyiv)
• Pediatric services
• Taxis for you in Kyiv or Lviv during your second trip
• DNA (father + child)
  * The offer doesn’t cover the DNA test done at the Embassy of your country

Additional payments:

• Twins (5500 EUR)
• Selective abortion in case of triplets (1000 EUR)
• NGS starting from 4th embryo (for every IVF) (450 EUR per embryo)
